Miley has Twitter AGAIN!!??

Well guys, there have been reports that a Twitter, claiming to be Miley, is the real deal. According to Cambio, Miley does have Twitter again, but they didn't state a Twitter account name. The photo below shows the account claiming to be Miley, and shows what "she" wrote in her Bio. Check it out!!
