Miley Cyrus wowed the critics and her fellow celebrities with her dress at the Grammys this year. It is reported that Miley spent $15,000 on her whole outfit, from hair style, to the nitty-gritty things like perfume and make-up. We all have to agree that Miley looked stunning. Also, in an online poll that is still ongoing, Miley is beating fellow Disney star, Selena Gomez, for best dress.
